FAST's mission is to provide vocational skills training for the benefit of foreign domestic workers (FDWs) in Singapore and the host community.

Objectives

Our objectives encompass the following:

i) To enhance foreign domestic workers' (FDW) contribution to their employers and the local community in Singapore.

ii) To have all such other objects and do all such other things as are complementary or incidental to the attainment of the foregoing objects, or any of them and particularly as follows:

(a) To facilitate and provide livelihood development courses and training for FDWs, to enhance their
lifelong employability.

(b) To provide cross-cultural communication training to FDWs for good relations.

(c) To provide opportunities for FDWs for social integration and community building.
